Sensors responsible for gear shifts in automatic transmissions:

* Shift Position Sensor: Detects the position of the gear selector (eg park, reverse, neutral, forward) and transmits this information to the electronic transmission control module (TCM).
*Turbine Shaft Speed Sensor: Measures the speed of the turbine shaft and transmits this information to the TCM.
* Input Shaft Speed Sensor: Measures the rotational speed of the automatic transmission input shaft and transmits this information to the TCM.
* Transmission Temperature Sensor: Measures the temperature of the transmission fluid and transmits this information to the TCM.
* Transmission Pressure Sensor: Measures transmission fluid pressure and transmits this information to the TCM.
* Throttle Position Sensor: Detects the throttle position and transmits this information to the TCM.
*Vehicle Speed Sensor: Measures the vehicle speed and transmits this information to the TCM.
