The torque converter lockup is activated when:
* The car reaches a certain speed, usually around 80-110 km/h (50-70 mph).
* The load on the transmission is low (for example, when maintaining speed on the highway).
* The gear selector is in Drive mode (D).
*Transmission fluid temperature is within normal range.
*Transmission oil pressure is within the normal range.
