Automatic transmission hardware flushing
This is a method of cleaning a car’s transmission system, in which old automatic transmission fluid and contaminants are removed using special equipment, and new fluid is poured in at the same time.
Automatic transmission hardware flushing process:
1. Equipment connection: Special equipment is connected to the automatic transmission cooling lines.
2. Removing old fluid: The equipment pumps out all old automatic transmission fluid from the system.
3. Flushing the system: The equipment circulates a cleaning solution (special gear oil) through the automatic transmission, removing dirt and deposits.
4. Filter change: The automatic transmission filter is replaced with a new one.
5. Filling with new fluid: Fresh automatic transmission fluid is poured into the system as the old fluid is pumped out.
6. Checking the level: The automatic transmission fluid level is checked and, if necessary, topped up.
