Job responsibilities:
* Diagnostics and repair of washing machine faults
* Troubleshooting problems with electrical components such as motors, pumps and electronic boards
* Replacement of faulty parts such as drive belts, heating elements and capacitors
* Checking and maintaining electrical wiring and connections
* Perform preventive maintenance to prevent future problems
* Interact with customers to diagnose problems and explain repairs
* Adhere to safety regulations and use of proper tools and equipment
Requirements:
* Electrician Certificate or relevant experience
* In-depth knowledge of washing machine electrical systems
*Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
* Practical experience in repairing household appliances
*Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
*High level of attention to detail and precision
* Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces
Additional desirable skills:
* Knowledge of the operating principles of washing machines
* Experience with electronic components
* Ability to use diagnostic equipment and tools
* Certification in working with household appliances
*Excellent work ethic and ability to work independently and in a team
