* Lighting system

Module 3: Electrical Components

* Starters and generators
* Batteries and their maintenance
* Wires, cables and connectors
* Relays and switches

Module 4: Electronic Systems

* Electronic Engine Control Module (ECM)
* Brake Control System (ABS)
* Stability Control (ESC)

Module 5: Diagnosis and Troubleshooting

* Tools for diagnosing electrical faults
* Troubleshooting electrical systems
* Interpretation of electrical circuit diagrams

Module 6: Maintenance and Repair

*Maintenance and inspection of electrical components
* Replacement and repair of wiring and cables
* Installation and configuration of electrical equipment

Requirements for participants:

*High school education or equivalent
* Basic knowledge of mechanics
* Desire to work with electrical systems

Schedule:

* 40 hour course
* Weekly classes for 8 hours

Certification:

* Upon completion of the course, a certificate “Truck electrician” is issued
