P (Park): Parking mode. Engages a locking mechanism to prevent vehicle movement.
R (Reverse): Reverse.
N (Neutral): Neutral position. The transmission is not engaged and the vehicle can move freely.
D (Drive): Basic forward driving mode. Gears change automatically depending on speed and engine load.

PW (Power): Power mode. Provides faster throttle response and higher rpm shifts for more power.
ECT (Electronically Controlled Transmission): Electronically controlled transmission system. Optimizes gear shifting depending on driving conditions.
