Tightening torques for automatic transmission valve body bolts
Tighten the valve body bolts in the specified order, gradually increasing the tightening torque.
Note: Make sure all surfaces are clean and threads are lubricated.
Bolts securing the valve body to the automatic transmission housing:
* Diameter 6 mm: 10-12 Nm
* Diameter 8 mm: 22-28 Nm
Bolts securing the solenoids to the valve body:
* Diameter 6 mm: 8-10 Nm
* Diameter 8 mm: 12-15 Nm
Bolts securing hydraulic accumulators to the valve body:
* Diameter 6 mm: 10-12 Nm
Bolts securing the oil filter to the valve body:
* Diameter 6 mm: 12-15 Nm
Bolts securing the heat exchanger to the hydraulic unit:
* Diameter 6 mm: 10-12 Nm
Bolts securing the separator plate to the valve body:
* Diameter 6 mm: 8-10 Nm
