Manual gear shift (sport mode)

1. Move the gear selector to position “M” (manual mode).
2. Use the steering wheel paddles (+) to shift to a higher gear or (-) to shift to a lower gear.

Semi-automatic gear shifting (overdrive mode)

1. Move the gear selector to position “D” (drive) or “D3” (drive with a limit of 3 gears).
2. Press the overdrive button (OD OFF) on the instrument panel to turn off overdrive. This limits the transmission to maximum gear “3”.
3. Press the overdrive button (OD OFF) again to turn on overdrive.

Emergency mode

1. If the transmission goes into limp mode, the gear selector will automatically move to the “N” (neutral) position.
2. Turn off the engine and try to start it again.
3. If the problem persists, contact your Suzuki dealer for diagnosis.

Additional tips:

* For optimal fuel consumption and transmission performance, it is recommended to use “D” mode during normal driving.
* Use M mode to manually control the gears when driving on mountain roads, towing or wanting more active driving.
* “D3” mode can be used to limit maximum gear and provide better engine braking when driving down hills or on slippery surfaces.
