Materials:

* LED strips (color optional)
* Heat shrink tube
* Cables and connectors
* Glue or mounting tapes

Tools:

* Phillips screwdriver
* Soldering iron
* Side cutters
* Protective gloves

Instructions:

1. Preparing the tape:

*Measure and cut the LED strip to your desired length.
* Solder the wires to the contact pads of the LED strip, observing the polarity.
* Protect connections with heat shrink tubing.

2. Removing the selector:

* Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
* Slide the shift lever cover up and remove it.
* Unscrew the screws holding the selector and carefully lift it up. Be careful with wires.

3. Tape installation:

* Place the LED strip inside the selector housing, making sure it does not interfere with operation.
* Secure the LED strip with glue or mounting tapes.

4. Power connection:

*Connect the LED strip wires to the power source. It is recommended to use a fuse on the power line.
*You can connect the strip to the cigarette lighter power wire or directly to the battery (set the switch to turn on/off).

5. Assembly:

* Reinstall the selector and tighten the screws.
* Install the shift lever cover.
* Connect the negative terminal of the battery.

6. Setting:

*Turn on the LED backlight and adjust the brightness or color as needed.

Adviсe:

* Use low power consumption LED strip to avoid overloading the electrical system.
* Make sure the LED strip is well secured and does not interfere with gear shifting.
