Preparation:
* Make sure the car is in Park (P) mode.
* Apply the parking brake.
* Set the gear selector lever to neutral (N).
* Turn off the ignition.
* Get out of the car and close all doors.
Autostart procedure from the key fob for automatic transmission:
1. Press button 1 on the key fob.
2. Hold button 1 for more than 3 seconds.
3. Release button 1.
4. Press button 2 on the key fob.
5. The siren will sound twice.
6. The engine should start.
Note:
* Autostart may take up to 30 seconds.
*If autorun doesn’t work, try again.
* If auto start fails after several attempts, check the connection of the alarm to the car and contact an installation specialist.
Disabling autostart from the key fob:
1. Press button 2 on the key fob.
2. The siren will sound once.
3. The engine should turn off.
