Required tools and materials:

* New gaskets for small and large automatic transmission pans
* Automatic transmission filter
* New automatic transmission pan bolt
* 10 mm wrench
* 13mm wrench or socket
* 15mm wrench or socket
* 17mm wrench or socket
* Flat head screwdriver
* Automatic transmission oil (about 4 liters)
* Funnel or syringe for pouring oil
*Clean rags or paper towels

Procedure:

1. Raise the car. Securely secure it to a lift or jacks.
2. Drain the automatic transmission oil. Place a container under the drain hole on the small automatic transmission tray and unscrew the drain bolt using a 17 mm wrench. Let the oil drain.
3. Remove the small automatic transmission pan. Loosen the pan bolts with a 10mm wrench and remove the pan by carefully prying it off with a flathead screwdriver.
4. Remove the old automatic transmission filter. Remove the old filter by pulling it up.
5. Install a new automatic transmission filter. Apply a small amount of automatic transmission oil to the O-ring of the new filter and install it in the seat.
6. Clean the joint surfaces of the pan and the automatic transmission housing. Remove any remaining old gasket and clean the surfaces with a degreaser.
7. Install a new automatic transmission small pan gasket. Apply a thin layer of transmission sealant to the new gasket and install it on the transmission pan.
8. Install the small automatic transmission pan. Lift the small pan and align it with the automatic transmission housing. Tighten the pan bolts in the order specified in the repair manual (usually diagonally). Tighten the bolts to the required torque.
9. Install the drain bolt and new gasket. Apply a small amount of transmission sealant to the new drain bolt gasket and install it with the bolt. Tighten the bolt to the required torque.
10. Check the automatic transmission oil level. Pour automatic transmission oil into the gearbox using a funnel or syringe. Start the engine and let it idle for a few minutes. Check the oil level on the automatic transmission dipstick and add it if necessary.
11. Check the tightness of the automatic transmission pan. Start the engine and allow the oil to warm up to operating temperature. Check the automatic transmission pan for leaks.

Adviсe:

* Before starting work, allow the automatic transmission oil to drain for several hours to facilitate draining.
*Using the correct torque for the transmission pan bolts is very important to prevent leaks.
* Before installing parts, be sure to remove any old gaskets and clean the surfaces.
*Use high quality gaskets and sealants designed for transmissions.
* Check the tightness of the automatic transmission pan after installation and during operation.
