Tasks and responsibilities of a sewing machine electrician:
* Installation, repair and maintenance of sewing machines and related equipment
* Diagnostics and troubleshooting of electrical systems of machines
* Checking and adjusting components such as motors, switches, sensors and cables
* Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams
* Replacement and repair of electronic components such as control boards and printed circuit boards
* Calibration of machines using specialized diagnostic instruments
* Ensure compliance with safety and electrical regulations
* Keeping records of maintenance and repair work
* Informing clients about the condition of equipment and repair work
Required skills and qualifications:
* Certificate or diploma in electrical or electromechanical specialty
* Knowledge of the operating principles and design of sewing machines
* Experience with electrical and measuring instruments
*Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
* Understanding of electrical and electronics principles
