Materials:
* New automatic transmission light
* Flat head screwdriver
Steps:
1. Locate the automatic transmission light. It is located on the gearshift console.
2. Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery. This is necessary to prevent short circuits.
3. Carefully pry off the plastic cover of the shift console using a flat-head screwdriver. The cover is located next to the gear shift lever.
4. Remove the cover and find the automatic transmission light. It will be inserted into a plastic socket.
5. Press the light bulb socket and turn it counterclockwise. The light bulb should pop out of the socket.
6. Remove the old light bulb from the socket.
7. Insert the new light bulb into the socket. Make sure it is securely fastened.
8. Insert the bulb socket back into the gearshift console and turn it clockwise.
9. Reinstall the plastic cover of the gearshift console.
10. Connect the negative terminal of the battery.
11. Check the operation of the automatic transmission light by turning on the ignition.
