Required tools and materials:

* Socket wrenches
* Ratchet wrench
* Hex keys
* Hex socket head
* Torque wrench
* New automatic transmission main oil seal
* Transmission fluid
* Automatic transmission pan gasket (if necessary)

Steps:

1. Preparing the car

* Stop the engine and set the parking brake.
* Open the hood and disconnect the negative terminal from the battery.

2. Removing the automatic transmission pan

* Locate the automatic transmission pan under the engine.
* Clean the pan bolts and loosen them, but do not remove them.
* Place the pallet on a jack or support.
* Carefully unscrew the pan bolts and allow the transmission fluid to drain into the pan.

3. Removing the old oil seal

* Locate the main oil seal in the center of the pan.
* Using a screwdriver or suitable tool, carefully pry the oil seal out of place.

4. Installing a new oil seal

* Apply a small amount of transmission fluid to the new oil seal.
* Insert the new oil seal into the hole in the pan.
* Make sure the oil seal is installed tightly and oriented correctly.

5. Installing the automatic transmission pan

* If necessary, install a new pan gasket.
* Lift the pan and secure it with bolts.
* Tighten the pan bolts to the specified torque using a torque wrench.

6. Refueling the automatic transmission

* Open the hood and find the automatic transmission filler plug.
* Remove the filler plug and fill in new transmission oil through a funnel.
* Fill the oil to the level indicated on the automatic transmission dipstick.

7. Battery connection

* Connect the negative terminal to the battery.

8. Testing

* Start the engine and let it idle for a few minutes.
* Check the automatic transmission pan for leaks.
* Shift through all gears to check the operation of the automatic transmission.

Note:

* It is important to observe the specified bolt tightening torques.
* Using high-quality transmission oil will help extend the life of the automatic transmission.
