Required tools and materials:

*Tool kit
* New drive seal
* RTV sealant
* Oil seal remover
* Solvent for cleaning surfaces
* Rags

Instructions:

1. Set the vehicle to the parking brake and jack it up. Ensure the vehicle is securely positioned.

2. Remove the wheel from the drive shaft side where the oil seal needs to be replaced.

3. Unscrew and remove the brake caliper. Do not disconnect the brake hose. Hang the caliper to the shock absorber spring using wire or plastic ties.

4. Remove the brake disc.

5. Unscrew the hub nut. This may require a large wrench or an air gun.

6. Using an oil seal puller, remove the old drive oil seal. Be careful not to damage other parts.

7. Clean the surface where the new oil seal will be installed with solvent and a rag. Remove all old sealant and dirt.

8. Apply a thin layer of RTV sealant to the seal surface.

9. Install the new oil seal in place. Make sure it is oriented correctly and fits tightly to the surface.

10. Install the hub and tighten the hub nut to the required torque (refer to your vehicle repair manual).

11. Install the brake disc.

12. Reinstall the brake caliper and tighten the bolts.

13. Reinstall the wheel and tighten the wheel nuts to the required torque.

14. Lower the vehicle and check the transmission fluid level. Top up if necessary.

Adviсe:

*Use only quality seals and RTV sealant.
*Clean the surface thoroughly before installing a new oil seal.
* Tighten the hub nut to the required torque to prevent leakage.
* Check the transmission fluid level after completing repairs, as leakage can damage the automatic transmission.
