Required tools:

* Set of socket wrenches
* Flat head screwdriver
* Phillips head screwdriver
* Liquid collection container
* Funnel for filling liquid
* Gasket for automatic transmission cooling pipe

Materials:

* New automatic transmission cooling pipe
*Transmission fluid (follow manufacturer’s recommendations)

Steps:

1. Lift the car on lifts or place it on stands.

2. Remove the crankcase protection (if equipped).

3. Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.

4. Drain the automatic transmission fluid. Place a container under the automatic transmission pan and loosen the drain plug. Wait until all the liquid has drained.

5. Loosen the clamps on the automatic transmission cooling pipes that connect to the radiator.

6. Remove the automatic transmission cooling pipes from the radiator.

7. Unscrew the bolts securing the automatic transmission cooling pipe to the gearbox.

8. Remove the automatic transmission cooling pipe.

9. Install a new automatic transmission cooling pipe. Tighten the mounting bolts and clamps on the tubes.

10. Fill the automatic transmission with fluid. Use a funnel to pour fluid through the filler hole on the transmission pan.

11. Connect the negative terminal of the battery.

12. Start the engine and let it idle, shifting gears for a few minutes.

13. Check the fluid level in the automatic transmission and add fluid if necessary.

14. Install the crankcase protection (if equipped).

Adviсe:

* It is also recommended to replace the gasket for the automatic transmission cooling pipe.
* Fill the automatic transmission with the same amount of fluid as was drained.
* Regularly check the fluid level in the automatic transmission and add if necessary.
