Materials:
* New automatic transmission cooling pipe
* New O-rings
* Automatic transmission pan gasket (if necessary)
* New gear oil

* Wrench set

Instructions:
1. Ensure safety: Park the vehicle on a level surface, apply the parking brake and chock the wheels.
2. Raise the vehicle: Raise the vehicle using a jack and place it on jack stands.
3. Drain the transmission oil:
* Unscrew the automatic transmission pan drain plug and let the oil drain into the pan.
* Tighten the drain plug after the oil has drained.
4. Remove the automatic transmission pan:
* Unscrew the bolts securing the automatic transmission pan to the gearbox housing.
* Carefully remove the tray. If the pan is glued, use penetrating lubricant or light taps with a hammer to loosen it.
5. Remove the old cooling pipe:
* Unscrew the bolts securing the old cooling tube to the automatic transmission pan and radiator.
* Pull out the old cooling pipe from the automatic transmission pan and radiator.
6. Install a new cooling pipe:
* Insert a new cooling tube into the automatic transmission pan and radiator.
* Tighten the mounting bolts.
7. Install the automatic transmission pan:
* Reinstall the automatic transmission pan gasket (if necessary).
* Place the automatic transmission pan in place and tighten the mounting bolts.
8. Fill with new transmission oil:
* Using a funnel, pour new transmission oil into the automatic transmission pan to the specified level.
9. Start the engine:
* Start the engine and let it idle for a few minutes.
10. Check the oil level:
* Check the automatic transmission oil level using the automatic transmission dipstick. Add oil if necessary.
11. Lower the car:
* Lower the vehicle from the stands.
Adviсe:
* Use new O-rings on all connections.
*Tighten the bolts to the appropriate torque.
*If you are unsure of your abilities, consult a qualified mechanic.
* After replacing the coolant pipe, reset the automatic transmission oil change interval counter, if equipped.
