Tools and materials:

* New cooling radiator
* 10 mm wrench
* 12mm wrench
* 14mm wrench
* 10 mm head
* Extension cord
* 10 mm socket wrench
*Pliers
* Knife
* Coolant drain container

Steps:

1. Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery. This will prevent short circuits during operation.

2. Drain the coolant. Place a container under the radiator and loosen the drain plug. Drain all coolant.

3. Disconnect the radiator hoses. Using pliers, compress the clamps and remove the upper and lower radiator hoses.

4. Unscrew the upper mounting bolts. Using a 10 mm socket with an extension, unscrew the two upper bolts securing the radiator to the cross member.

5. Unscrew the lower mounting bolts. Using a 12mm wrench, remove the two bottom bolts securing the radiator to the cross member.

6. Lift and remove the radiator. Lift the radiator up and carefully pull it forward. Be careful when handling the radiator to avoid damaging it.

7. Install a new radiator. Carefully insert the new radiator into its place. Make sure the mounting holes line up.

8. Tighten the mounting bolts. Tighten the top mounting bolts with a 10mm socket and extension. Then tighten the lower mounting bolts with a 12mm wrench.

9. Connect the radiator hoses. Place the upper and lower radiator hoses onto the corresponding fittings. Tighten the clamps with pliers.

10. Fill with coolant. Pour fresh coolant into the radiator. Add as much liquid as was drained.

11. Check for leaks. Start the engine and let it idle. Check all connections for leaks.

12. Connect the negative terminal of the battery. Reconnect the negative battery terminal.

Adviсe:

* When disconnecting the radiator hoses, be careful as the coolant may be hot.
* Use antifreeze recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.
