Materials:
* Light for automatic transmission
* Phillips screwdriver
Instructions:
1. Turn off the ignition and remove the key.
2. Locate the automatic transmission control unit under the instrument panel. It is usually located at the bottom of the center console, next to the gear lever.
3. Use a Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the two screws securing the automatic transmission control unit cover.
4. Remove the cover and find the light bulb. It is usually located in the corner of the automatic transmission control unit.
5. Pull the old light bulb out of the socket using your fingers.
6. Insert the new light bulb into the socket. Make sure it is locked.
7. Reinstall the automatic transmission control unit cover.
8. Tighten the Phillips screws.
9. Insert the key into the ignition and turn on the ignition.
10. Check if the new automatic transmission light is on.
Adviсe:
*Use the same type and size bulb as the factory one.
* If the light bulb burns out frequently, consult a mechanic as this may indicate a problem with the automatic transmission system.
* Do not touch a new light bulb with bare hands, as oils on your fingers may shorten its life.
