1. Security:

2. Lifting the car:
* Raise the front of the car using a jack or lift.
* Place supports under the vehicle for added safety.
3. Draining transmission fluid:
* Find the drain plug on the automatic transmission pan, located at the bottom.
* Place a container under the drain hole to collect waste liquid.
*Using a socket wrench or hex wrench, carefully unscrew the drain plug.
* Drain the used fluid until it stops leaking.

4. Removing the automatic transmission pan:

* Find the old automatic transmission filter attached to the pan with four bolts.

6. Installing the automatic transmission pan:
* Apply a new pan gasket to a clean pan surface.
* Reinstall the pan onto the automatic transmission housing.
* Tighten the pan mounting bolts in a crisscross pattern to ensure an even fit.
7. Filling with transmission fluid:
* Locate the filler hole on the side of the automatic transmission housing.
* Install a funnel into the filler hole.
* Pour new transmission oil into the automatic transmission using a funnel.
* The fluid level must correspond to the mark on the dipstick.
8. Checking the fluid level:
* Start the engine and let it idle.
* Shift the gear selector to each position and hold it for a few seconds.
* Bring the engine to operating temperature.
9. Check the fluid level again:
* Remove the dipstick and wipe it with a clean cloth.
* Insert the dipstick back into the filler hole and remove it again.
* The fluid level should be between the «MIN» and «MAX» marks on the dipstick.
10. Installing the car on wheels:
* Lower the vehicle to the ground and remove the supports.
11. Resetting automatic transmission adaptive values:
* Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery for 10-15 minutes.
12. Test drive:
