Materials:

* New drive seal
* Wrench set
* Hammer
* Mandrel or large flathead screwdriver
* Brake cleaner
* Transmission sealant (optional)

Tools:

* Jack and supports
* Wheel key

Procedure:

1. Preparation:

* Raise the car and place it on stands.
* Remove the wheel from the leaking oil seal side.

2. Removing the drive shaft:

* Remove the bolts securing the drive shaft to the hub.
*Using a hammer, carefully move the drive shaft out of position.
* Disconnect the drive shaft from the transmission.

3. Removing the oil seal:

* Clean the area around the oil seal with brake cleaner.
*Use a socket or large flathead screwdriver to carefully pry the old oil seal out of the transmission housing.

4. Installing a new oil seal:

* Apply a small amount of transmission sealant to the outer edge of the new oil seal (optional).
*Using a mandrel or large flathead screwdriver, carefully press the new oil seal into the transmission housing. Make sure it fits snugly.

5. Drive shaft installation:

* Lubricate the splines on the drive shaft and insert it into the gearbox.
* Attach the drive shaft to the hub and tighten the bolts.

6. Wheel installation:

* Reinstall the wheel and tighten the bolts.

7. Lowering the car:

* Remove the stands and lower the vehicle.

8. Checking the fluid level in the gearbox:

* Check the transmission fluid level and top up if necessary.

9. Cleaning and checking:

* Clean all tools and hands of lubricants.
* Check the tightness of the oil seal by starting the engine and letting it run.
