Instructions:
1. Preparing the car:
* Turn off the engine and let the car cool down.
* Jack up the car and place it on stands.
* Drain the oil from the automatic transmission by opening the drain plug.
2. Removing the automatic transmission pan:
* Unscrew the bolts securing the automatic transmission pan with a 10 mm wrench.
* Carefully remove the pan from the automatic transmission and turn it over.
3. Replacing the oil seal on the pump shaft:
* If the pump shaft seal leaks, it must be replaced.
* Using a socket wrench with an extension, unscrew the nut securing the pump flange.
* Remove the flange and remove the old oil seal from it.
* Install a new oil seal and lubricate it with automatic transmission oil.
* Reinstall the flange and tighten the nut with a torque wrench to 10 Nm.
4. Replacing the oil seal on the output shaft:
* Remove the differential cover by unscrewing the mounting bolts with a 13 mm wrench.
* Unscrew the nut securing the output shaft oil seal using a socket wrench with an extension.
* Remove the oil seal and install a new one using a bearing puller (if necessary).
* Lubricate the oil seal with automatic transmission oil and install it in place.
* Install the nut and tighten it with a torque wrench to 30 Nm.
* Reinstall the differential cover.
5. Replacing axle shaft seals:
* Unscrew the wheel nuts and remove the wheels.
* Remove the axle shafts using a 17mm socket wrench.
* Remove the old seals from the axle shafts.
* Install new oil seals, lubricating them with automatic transmission oil.
* Reinstall the axle shafts and tighten the fastening nuts with a torque wrench to 160 Nm.
6. Installing the automatic transmission pan:
* Apply automatic transmission sealant to the surface of the pan where it will come into contact with the transmission housing.
* Reinstall the pan and tighten the mounting bolts with a 10 mm wrench with a force of 10 Nm.
7. Replacing the filter and filling the oil:
* Replace the automatic transmission filter.
* Pour new automatic transmission oil into the gearbox through the dipstick hole.
* The oil level must correspond to the mark on the dipstick.
8. Functionality check:
* Start the engine and let it idle for a few minutes.
* Shift between all gears to check for leaks.
* Check the oil level again and add if necessary.
Adviсe:
* When tightening bolts and nuts, it is important to adhere to the specified torque to prevent damage to automatic transmission components.
* Clean all surfaces of dirt and debris before assembly.
* Use only high quality oil seals and automatic transmission oil.
*If you do not have experience in automatic transmission repair, it is recommended that you contact a qualified mechanic.
