* Flat head screwdriver
* Marker
* New oil seal for the right automatic transmission drive
* Transmission fluid
* Rags

Precautions:

* Before starting work, make sure that the vehicle is parked on a level surface and the parking brake is set.
* Leave the vehicle to cool for several hours to allow the transmission fluid to cool.
* Wear protective gloves and goggles.

Procedure:

1. Mark the location of the driveshaft: Using a marker, mark the driveshaft and the corresponding hub. This will help you reinstall the driveshaft correctly during reassembly.
2. Remove the wheel: Loosen the wheel bolts while the vehicle is still on the ground. Then jack up the car and remove the wheel.
3. Remove the brake caliper: Remove the bolts securing the brake caliper to the steering knuckle. Remove the caliper and hang it from a wire or rope attached to the chassis. Do not disconnect the brake hose.
4. Remove the brake disc: Remove the brake disc from the hub.
5. Disconnect the driveshaft from the hub: Unscrew the nut securing the driveshaft to the hub. Then pull the driveshaft out of the hub.
6. Remove the old oil seal: Using a flat head screwdriver, carefully remove the old oil seal from the transmission housing. Be careful not to damage the transmission housing or the new seal.
7. Install a new oil seal: Lubricate the new oil seal with transmission fluid. Insert the new oil seal into the transmission housing and tap it into place using a hammer and hammer. Make sure the oil seal is flush with the housing and does not protrude.
8. Install the driveshaft: Insert the driveshaft into the hub and tighten the nut securing it to the hub. Make sure the driveshaft is properly aligned and the marks you made earlier line up.
9. Install the brake disc: Install the brake disc to the hub.
10. Install the brake caliper: Install the brake caliper onto the steering knuckle and tighten the mounting bolts.
11. Install the wheel: Reinstall the wheel and tighten the bolts.
12. Add Transmission Fluid: Refill the transmission with new or leaked transmission fluid according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
13. Check the transmission fluid level: Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes. Check the transmission fluid level on the dipstick and add if necessary.

Adviсe:

* Replace the brake caliper mounting bolts with new ones.
*If you are unsure of your abilities, seek assistance from a qualified mechanic.
