Materials:

* New cooling radiator
* New hose clamps (recommended)
* Lubricant for rubber gaskets
* Antifreeze
* Funnel for filling antifreeze

Tools:

* Screwdriver set
* Wrench set
* Pliers for removing clamps
* Container for draining antifreeze
* Winch or jack (optional)

Instructions:

1. Security

* Park the vehicle on a level surface and set the parking brake.
* Disconnect the battery.

2. Draining antifreeze

* Place a container under the radiator drain plug.
* Open the drain plug and drain the antifreeze.

3. Disconnecting hoses

*Using clamp pliers, disconnect all hoses connected to the radiator, including the upper and lower coolant hoses and transmission hoses.

4. Removing the old radiator

* Unscrew the top and bottom fasteners that hold the radiator in place.
* Carefully remove the old radiator from the engine compartment.

5. Preparing a new radiator

* Apply lubricant to the rubber gaskets of the new radiator.

6. Installing a new radiator

* Insert the new radiator into the engine compartment.
* Tighten the upper and lower fasteners.

7. Connecting hoses

* Connect all disconnected hoses to the new radiator and tighten the clamps.

8. Filling with antifreeze

* Pour new antifreeze into the radiator using a funnel.
* Fill the radiator to the maximum level.

9. Bleeding the cooling system

* Start the engine and let it idle.
* Loosen the radiator cap to remove air from the system.
* If necessary, add more antifreeze.

10. Check for leaks

*After the engine has cooled, check under the car for coolant leaks.
* If leaks are found, tighten clamps or replace damaged hoses.

11. Reconnecting the battery

* Connect the battery.

12. Test drive

* Drive the vehicle carefully to check that the cooling system is operating properly.

Note:

* If the vehicle is equipped with an automatic transmission (AT), transmission oil may enter the radiator. Therefore, before installing a new radiator, it is recommended to drain the automatic transmission oil and replace the filter.
* To facilitate access to the radiator, you can use a winch or jack to lift the front of the vehicle.
* Dispose of old radiator and antifreeze according to local regulations.
