Required tools and materials:

* New resistor automatic transmission Nissan Note
* Wrenches 10, 12, 14 mm
* Phillips screwdriver
* Rags

Step by step instructions:

1. Preparing the car

* Turn off the engine and put the car on the parking brake.
* Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.

2. Removing the resistor connector

* Locate the automatic transmission resistor, which is usually located near the gearbox.
* Disconnect the resistor connector by pressing the latch.

3. Unscrewing the nut

*Using a 14mm wrench, remove the nut holding the resistor to the gearbox.

4. Removing the old resistor

* Pull the resistor lightly to remove it from its seat.

5. Installing a new resistor

* Insert the new resistor into the slot on the gearbox.

6. Tightening the nut

*Tighten the nut holding the resistor in place using a 14mm wrench.

7. Connector connection

* Connect the resistor connector to the connector on the transmission.

8. Installing the battery terminal

* Connect the negative terminal of the battery.

9. Reset adaptation

* Start the engine and let it idle for a few minutes.
* Switch the automatic transmission selector to different positions and return to the parking position.
* Turn off the engine and wait a few minutes before starting it again.

Checking work:

* Start the engine and check if the automatic transmission shifts smoothly. If any problems occur, contact a qualified mechanic.
