* Release paper
* Adhesive for gaskets
* Scissors
* Ruler or square
* Pencil

Tools:

* Sharpening machine (for sharpening a pencil)
* Marking awl
* Press (for squeezing out the gasket)

Instructions:

1. Preparing a gasket template

* Clean and degrease the old gasket.
* Place the old gasket on a piece of cardboard.
* Trace the outline of the gasket with a pencil, leaving a small gap (1-2 mm) around the perimeter for free movement of oil.

2. Making a new gasket

*Apply a thin layer of spacer adhesive to the cardboard template.
* Place a sheet of release paper over the template, making sure it lies evenly across the entire surface.

* Trim off excess paper around the perimeter of the template.

3. Squeezing out the gasket

* Place the assembled gasket into a press with a guide ring slightly larger in diameter than the inner hole of the gasket.
* Press the press with enough force to press out the gasket of the required thickness.
* Remove the spacer from the press and remove it from the template.

4. Final processing

* Clean off any glue from the protruding edge of the gasket.
* Check that the gasket is properly manufactured, making sure that it matches the contour of the valve body surface.
* If necessary, trim the edges of the gasket in place.

Adviсe:

* Use a sharp, finely-sharpened pencil to accurately trace the outline of the gasket.
* Apply a thin layer of glue to avoid squeezing it out from the edges of the gasket.
