There is no such thing as an “automatic manual transmission”.

A manual transmission (MT) is a type of transmission in which the driver manually changes gears using a gear lever and clutch.

An automatic transmission (AT) is a type of transmission in which gears change automatically depending on the speed and load on the engine.

Therefore, driving licenses are issued separately for category “B” for cars with manual transmission and separately for category “B” for cars with automatic transmission.
