Replacing the automatic transmission selector light bulb:

1. Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Remove the decorative trim of the automatic transmission selector. It is usually secured with latches.
3. Take out the old light bulb. You may need to use pliers to do this.
4. Insert a new light bulb. Make sure it is installed correctly.
5. Reinstall the decorative trim.
6. Connect the negative terminal of the battery.

Adviсe:

*Use gloves to avoid getting fingerprints on your new light bulb.
* If the new bulb does not light up, check whether the burned out bulb is installed correctly.
*If more than one bulb has burned out, consider replacing all bulbs at the same time. This will help ensure even backlight brightness.
