1. Preparation:

* Unscrew the pan drain plug using a wrench or socket. Be careful as the oil may be hot.
* Drain the used oil into the drain pan.

* After draining the oil, remove the automatic transmission pan by unscrewing the bolts around the perimeter.
* Locate and remove the automatic transmission oil filter.
* Install a new automatic transmission oil filter.
4. Cleaning the pan and installing a new gasket:
* Clean the automatic transmission pan and drain plug of old oil and debris.
* Apply a thin layer of sealant to the new automatic transmission pan gasket.
* Install a new gasket on the automatic transmission pan.
5. Installing the automatic transmission pan:
* Reinstall the automatic transmission pan and tighten the bolts.
6. Filling with new oil:
* Fill the automatic transmission with new oil through the dipstick hole.
*Use a funnel to avoid spilling oil.
* Fill in about 4 liters of oil.
7. Checking the oil level:
* Start the engine and let it idle for a few minutes.
* Shift the gear selector to all positions and return it to the “P” position.
* Check the oil level using the dipstick. The oil level should be between the “Min” and “Max” marks on the dipstick.
8. Adding oil and final check:
* If the oil level is below the “Min” mark, add a little more oil.
*Check the oil level again.
*After driving the car for a short time, check the oil level again for a final check.
