Materials:
* Additional automatic transmission radiator
* Radiator hose
* Hose clamps
* Keys and screwdrivers
Instructions:
1. Prepare the vehicle: Stop the engine, put the vehicle on the parking brake and disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the existing radiator hose: Locate the hose connecting the automatic transmission radiator to the transmission. Remove the clamps and disconnect the hose.
3. Install an additional radiator: Place an additional radiator in front of the main engine cooling radiator. Secure the radiator with bolts or brackets.
4. Connect the hoses: Connect one end of the hose to the connection on the main engine radiator. Connect the other end of the hose to the auxiliary radiator inlet pipe.
5. Add transmission fluid: Add transmission fluid to the transmission to the required level.
6. Start the engine: Start the engine and let it idle for a few minutes. Check for leaks and make sure the transmission fluid temperature is within normal limits.
7. Check the fluid level: After the engine has been running, turn it off and check the transmission fluid level. Add liquid if necessary.
8. Tighten the clamps: Tighten the radiator hose clamps to ensure a secure connection.
9. Connect the battery: Connect the negative terminal of the battery.
Adviсe:
* Use a hose that matches the diameter of the original hose.
*Tighten the clamps just enough to prevent leaks, but do not overtighten them.
*Run the engine for a while after installation to check for leaks and ensure proper transmission fluid circulation.
* Check the transmission fluid level and temperature regularly, especially after installing an additional radiator.
