Connection diagram of the distribution box in front of the circuit breaker:
Required materials:
* Junction box
*Terminal blocks
* Electrical tape or heat shrink tubing
Installation procedure:
1. Select installation location: Determine the installation location of the distribution box near the circuit breaker.
2. Install the box: Secure the junction box to the wall or surface with screws or other fasteners.
3. Route the cable: Route the cable from the power supply to the junction box. If you have multiple cables, label them for convenience.
4. Connect the cable to the terminal blocks: Strip the ends of the cable and connect them to the terminal blocks in the junction box. Use the appropriate terminal block size for the cable thickness.
5. Connect the wires: Connect the wires from the power source to the wires going to the various outlets or lighting fixtures. Use terminal blocks for connections and insulate connections with electrical tape or heat shrink tubing.
6. Check Connections: Carefully check all connections for tightness and correctness.
7. Cover the box: Place the cover on the junction box to protect the connections.
8. Connect to the circuit breaker: Connect the cable from the distribution box to the circuit breaker in the panel.
