Required tools and materials:
* New automatic transmission radiator
* Set of automatic transmission radiator hoses
* Container for draining transmission fluid
* Funnel
* Wrenches or socket heads
* Flat head screwdriver
* Pipe wrench
* Thread sealant
Installation steps:
1. Preparation
* Place the vehicle on a level surface and apply the parking brake.
* Open the hood and disconnect the negative battery terminal.
*Allow the engine to cool before operating.
2. Draining transmission fluid
* Find the drain plug on the automatic transmission radiator and place a container under it to drain it.
* Carefully unscrew the drain plug and drain the transmission fluid.
3. Disconnecting hoses
* Locate the hoses connected to the automatic transmission radiator.
*Use wrenches or sockets to loosen hose clamps.
* Gently pull the hoses to disconnect them from the radiator.
4. Removing the old radiator
*Use a flathead screwdriver to pry the retaining brackets and remove the old radiator.
* Carefully remove the radiator from the vehicle.
5. Installing a new radiator
* Lightly coat the new radiator seals with thread sealant.
* Carefully insert the new radiator into the car and secure it with the retaining clips.
6. Connecting hoses
* Connect the hoses to the new radiator and tighten the clamps. Make sure all connections are secure.
7. Filling with transmission fluid
*Use a funnel to fill the new radiator with transmission fluid.
* Fill in the required amount of fluid as indicated in the vehicle’s owner’s manual.
8. Checking the fluid level
* Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes.
*Shift the gear into each position and return to the park position.
* Check the fluid level on the transmission dipstick and add if necessary.
9. Battery terminal connection
* Connect the negative terminal of the battery.
10. Check for leaks
* Check all connections for leaks.
* If there are leaks, tighten the corresponding connections or replace the rubber seals.

* Before removing the old radiator, it is recommended to blow it with compressed air to remove accumulated debris.
*Use a quality thread sealant to prevent leaks.
