Required tools and materials:

* Ratchet wrench with socket set
* Torque wrench
* Flat head screwdriver
* Sealant for gearboxes
* Clean rags
* New automatic transmission radiator gasket
* New automatic transmission radiator (if required)

Procedure:

Removing the automatic transmission radiator:

1. Place the vehicle on a level surface and set the parking brake.
2. Raise the front of the car using jacks and secure it on supports.
3. Remove the lower engine protection (if equipped).
4. Unscrew the two bolts securing the automatic transmission radiator to the frame bracket.
5. Remove the two upper pipes connecting the automatic transmission radiator to the automatic transmission and the oil pan. Use a flathead screwdriver to loosen the clamps on the ends of the tubes.
6. Carefully pull the automatic transmission radiator forward and remove it from the vehicle.

Automatic transmission radiator installation:

1. Clean the mating surfaces on the automatic transmission radiator, frame bracket and transmission from old sealant.
2. Apply a thin layer of sealant to the mating surfaces on the automatic transmission radiator and frame bracket.
3. Connect the upper pipes to the automatic transmission radiator and oil pan. Secure the clamps.
4. Reinstall the automatic transmission radiator and align it with the bolts on the frame bracket.
5. Tighten the bolts securing the automatic transmission cooler to the frame bracket using a torque wrench to specifications.
6. Install the lower engine protection (if equipped).
7. Lower the vehicle to the ground.

Checking the transmission fluid level:

1. Warm up the car to operating temperature and turn off the engine.
2. Measure the transmission fluid level with the automatic transmission dipstick.
3. Add transmission fluid if necessary to the required level.

Adviсe:

* When replacing the automatic transmission radiator, it is recommended to also replace the transmission fluid and filter.
* Make sure all connections are tightened to specifications to avoid leaks.
* After replacing the automatic transmission radiator, it is recommended to drive for a while and check for leaks.
