Required parts and tools:

* Additional automatic transmission cooling radiator
* Measuring tape
* Roulette
* Marker
* Electric drill and drill bits
* Keys and screwdrivers of various sizes
* Flexible hoses with appropriate fittings
* Hose clamps
* Coolant for automatic transmission

Steps:

1. Determine the location: Find a convenient location to install the additional radiator. It should be away from heat sources and have enough space for air circulation.

2. Mark and drill holes: Mark the location of the radiator mounting holes using a measuring tape and marker. Drill the holes with an appropriately sized drill bit.

3. Install the Brackets: Attach the radiator brackets to your vehicle’s frame or bumper using bolts and nuts. Make sure the brackets are securely fastened.

4. Install the radiator: Place the optional radiator on the brackets and secure it with bolts and nuts.

5. Connect the hoses: Connect the flexible hoses to the radiator inlet and outlet pipes and secure them with clamps. Lay the hoses to the automatic transmission radiator.

6. Connect the hoses to the automatic transmission radiator: Remove the existing hoses from the automatic transmission radiator. Connect the hoses to the fittings of the additional radiator and secure them with clamps.

7. Fill with coolant: Fill the automatic transmission coolant into the radiator and hoses. Make sure the system is completely full.

8. Bleed the system: Start the engine and let it idle. Bleed the system by changing gears and monitoring the coolant level. Add more coolant if necessary.

9. Check for Leaks: Carefully inspect the system for leaks. Tighten any loose connections or replace damaged hoses.

Adviсe:

*Use high quality hoses and fittings to prevent leaks.
* Place the radiator vertically for optimal cooling.
* Check the coolant level regularly and top up if necessary.
*If you experience any transmission cooling problems, contact a qualified mechanic.
