Materials and tools:

* Additional automatic transmission oil cooler
* Connecting hoses
* Hose adapters
* Hose clamps
* Pump for bleeding automatic transmission fluid (if necessary)
* Wrenches
* Screwdrivers
* Container for draining automatic transmission fluid
* New automatic transmission oil

Installation procedure:

1. Preparatory stage:

* Start the engine and let it idle for 5 minutes to warm up the automatic transmission fluid.
* Stop the engine and raise the car on a lift or jack stands.
* Remove the lower engine protection panel (if equipped).

2. Draining the automatic transmission fluid:

* Find the drain plug on the automatic transmission pan and place a container under it.
* Carefully unscrew the drain plug and drain the automatic transmission fluid.
* Allow the liquid to drain completely.

3. Radiator installation:

* Find a suitable location to install the additional radiator. It should be well ventilated and have enough space to connect hoses.
* Install the radiator and secure it with bolts or clamps.

4. Connecting hoses:

* Identify the inlet and outlet pipes on the radiator and automatic transmission.
* Connect the connecting hoses to the corresponding pipes on the radiator and automatic transmission.
*Use adapters if required.
* Tighten all hose clamps.

5. Filling with automatic transmission fluid:

* Fill new automatic transmission fluid into the automatic transmission through the dipstick or through the filling hole.
* The fluid level must correspond to the markings on the dipstick.
* Start the engine and let it idle for a few minutes to pump fluid through the radiator.

6. Bleeding the system:

* If you have an automatic transmission fluid pump, connect it to the system and pump the fluid until it is clean and free of air bubbles.
*If you don’t have a pump, you can do this manually by shifting gears several times.

7. Checking the fluid level:

* Stop the engine and wait a few minutes for the fluid to settle.
* Check the fluid level on the dipstick and add fluid if necessary.

8. Installation of lower engine protection:

* Reinstall the lower engine protection panel.

9. Testing:

* Start the engine and drive the car in different modes.
* Monitor the operation of the automatic transmission and make sure that it shifts smoothly and without problems.
* Check the automatic transmission fluid level after a few days or kilometers.

Adviсe:

* Use only automatic transmission oil recommended by your vehicle manufacturer.
*Consult a professional mechanic if you encounter any difficulties during installation.
* Regularly check the level and condition of the automatic transmission fluid.
