Required tools and materials:

* Set of socket wrenches
* Flat head screwdriver
* Sealant for automatic transmission
* DOT3 or DOT4 brake fluid
* Neue automatic transmission gasket

Replacement steps:

1. Preparation

* Place the car on a flat surface.
* Disconnect the battery.
* Remove the engine protection (if equipped).

2. Drain the brake fluid

* Locate the brake fluid reservoir in the engine compartment.
* Open the lid and use a suction syringe to remove as much liquid as possible.
*Add new brake fluid to the minimum level.

3. Removing the automatic transmission

* Disconnect all electrical connectors and vacuum hoses from the automatic transmission.
* Unscrew the bolts securing the automatic transmission to the engine.
* Install a support under the automatic transmission.
* Carefully disconnect the automatic transmission from the engine.

4. Replacing the gasket

* Clean the surfaces of the automatic transmission and engine on which the new gasket will be installed.
* Apply automatic transmission sealant to the new gasket.
* Install the new gasket in place.

5. Automatic transmission installation

* Carefully install the automatic transmission into place.
* Tighten the bolts securing the automatic transmission to the engine.
* Connect all electrical connectors and vacuum hoses.

6. Filling brake fluid

*Add brake fluid to the reservoir to the maximum level.
* Bleed the brakes to remove air.

7. Reset fault codes

* Connect the battery.
* Start the engine and let it idle for a few minutes.
* Check the Check Engine Light for trouble codes and reset them if necessary.

8. Completion

* Check the brake fluid level and add if necessary.
* Reinstall the engine protection.
* Check the operation of the automatic transmission while driving.
