Starting the engine
* Insert the key into the ignition switch and turn it to the “ON” position (until it clicks before starting the engine).
* Move the gear shift lever to the “P” (park) position.
*Press the brake pedal.
* Turn the key to the “START” position and start the engine.
Changing driving modes
* To switch between “D” (direct drive), “S” (sport) and “S+” (sport plus) modes, move the gear lever to the right or left.
* Mode “D” is for normal driving.
* “S” mode provides more dynamic gear shifting, suitable for sporty driving or overtaking.
* “S+” mode enhances the sport setting and delays upshifts for maximum performance.
Movement
* To start driving, move the gear lever to position “D”.
* Take your foot off the brake pedal to start driving.
* Use the accelerator pedal to control driving speed.
Stop
* To stop the car, press the brake pedal.
* Once the vehicle has come to a complete stop, move the gear shift lever to the “P” (Park) position.
Other Features
*ECT PWR (Power) mode: Available on select models, provides faster transmission response and more aggressive shifting.
* Snow mode: designed to improve traction on slippery road surfaces. Activated by moving the gear lever to the “S” position and holding it in this position for 3 seconds.
*Manual Mode (+/-): Allows you to manually change gears by moving the gear lever forward (+) to upshift or backward (-) to downshift.
Note:
* Always stop on a level surface before changing gears.
* Avoid abruptly shifting gears or holding the gearshift lever in “N” (neutral) mode while driving.
* Maintain the automatic transmission regularly, replacing the fluid and filter in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
