Precautions:
* Make sure the vehicle is parked on a level surface and the parking brake is set.
* Allow the gearbox to cool completely before carrying out work.
Instructions:
1. Locate the battery terminals. They are usually located on the top of the battery and are marked «+» (positive) and «-» (negative).
2. Loosen the terminal nuts. Use the appropriate size wrench to loosen the nuts on both battery terminals. Do not unscrew them completely.
3. Remove the negative terminal. Remove the nut from the negative terminal and carefully remove the terminal from the battery. Do not allow the negative terminal to touch any metal parts of the vehicle.
4. Remove the positive terminal. Repeat the process with the positive terminal.
5. Disconnect the terminal clamp. Locate the terminal clamp that holds the battery in place. Loosen the nut on the terminal clamp and remove it.
6. Remove the battery. Carefully lift the battery and remove it from the machine box.
Reverse installation:
1. Insert the battery into the machine box.
2. Install the terminal clamp and tighten the nut.
3. Connect the positive terminal of the battery and tighten the nut.
4. Connect the negative terminal of the battery and tighten the nut.
5. Check all connections for security.
