Materials you will need:

* Jack
* Jack stands
* Ratchet
* Head set
* Hinge on cardan shaft
*Transmission fluid (if required)

Safety:

* Make sure the car is parked on a level surface.
* Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
*Allow the vehicle to cool before performing any repair work.

Procedure:

1. Raise the car:
* Place the jack in the designated location on the vehicle frame.
* Raise the vehicle until it is off the ground.
* Place jack stands under the vehicle frame for additional support.

2. Remove the wheel:
* Loosen the wheel nuts using a ratchet and socket.
* Remove the wheel nuts and remove the wheel.

3. Disconnect the wheel hub drives:
* Locate the wheel hub drive that connects the hub to the CV joint.
* Disconnect the wheel hub drive using a ratchet and socket.

4. Unscrew the CV joint bolts:
* Locate the bolts that secure the CV joint to the transmission. Usually there are 6 or 8 of them.
* Unscrew the bolts using a ratchet and socket.

5. Remove the CV joint from the gearbox:
* Grab the CV joint and gently pull it out.
* If the CV joint does not budge, use the joint on the driveshaft to pry it up and pull it out.

6. Check the CV joint assembly:
* Inspect the CV joint and axle shaft for wear or damage.
* If necessary, replace the CV joint or axle shaft.

7. Install a new CV joint (if necessary):
* Install a new CV joint on the axle shaft.
* Insert the CV joint into the gearbox.

8. Tighten the CV joint bolts:
* Tighten the bolts that secure the CV joint to the transmission to the specified torque.

9. Attach the wheel hub drive:
* Attach the wheel hub drive to the hub.
* Tighten the wheel hub drive bolts to the specified torque.

10. Install the wheel:
* Reinstall the wheel onto the hub.
* Tighten the wheel nuts to the specified torque.

11. Lower the car:
* Lower the vehicle to the ground.
* Remove the jack stands.

12. Connect the negative terminal of the battery:
* Reconnect the negative terminal of the battery.

13. Add transmission fluid (if necessary):
* If transmission fluid spills out during repairs, add it to the required level.
