Materials:

* Tube or hose about 1.5 m long
* Funnel
* Waste oil container

Steps:

1. Prepare materials. Cut the tube or hose to the required length and attach the funnel to it.

2. Place the tube into the dipstick. Carefully insert the tube through the dipstick tube into the transmission pan. Lower the tube to the bottom of the pan.

3. Pump out the oil. Start sucking the oil out of the funnel using a syringe or pump. Do this slowly and carefully so as not to damage the tube or dipstick.

4. Continue pumping out the oil. Continue pumping out the oil until it stops coming out of the funnel.

5. Check the oil level. Using the dipstick, check the oil level on a cold engine. Typically the oil should be between the “MIN” and “MAX” marks on the dipstick.

6. Add new oil. If necessary, add new oil through the dipstick tube. Use a funnel to pour new oil into the transmission.

7. Check the oil level again. Check the oil level on the dipstick again to make sure it is at the correct level.

Adviсe:

*Use a tube with a soft tip to avoid damaging the transmission pan.
* Do not pump too quickly as this may cause air bubbles to form in the system.
*If you are pumping out a large amount of oil, you may need to replace the transmission filter.
