Materials:

* Solvent for washing engine parts (for example, kerosene or white spirit)
*High pressure pump (eg manual or electric)
* Hoses (one for supplying fluid, the other for draining)
* Liquid collection container

Instructions:

1. Prepare the radiator: Remove the radiator from the vehicle and plug all holes except the inlet and outlet.

2. Connect the pump and hoses: Connect the pump to the radiator inlet. Connect the drain hose to the outlet. Place the drain hose into a container to collect the liquid.

3. Fill with solvent: Fill the radiator with solvent until it is completely full.

4. Flush with a pump: Turn on the pump and pump the solvent through the radiator using pressure. Continue rinsing until the solvent is clean and free of oil or dirt.

5. Drain and Reflush: Drain the used solvent and repeat the flushing process several times, using fresh solvent each time.

6. Air Blow: After the last flush, blow compressed air through the radiator inlet to remove any remaining solvent.

7. Inspection: Make sure the radiator is clean and free of leaks before installing it back on the vehicle.

Note:

*Always wear gloves and safety glasses when working with solvents.
* Dispose of used solvent according to local regulations.
* When flushing the radiator, do not use strong pressure as it may damage it.
