1. Visual inspection
* Check the automatic transmission pan for fluid leaks or metal shavings.
* Inspect the wiring harness and connectors for damage or corrosion.
2. Checking the level and condition of the automatic transmission fluid
* Place the car on a level surface with the engine warm.
* Remove the automatic transmission dipstick and wipe it with a clean cloth.

* Launch the scanner and select the automatic transmission section.

4. Test drive
* Start the engine and switch to D (Drive) mode.
* Accelerate slowly and pay attention to the smoothness of the gear shift.
* Accelerate quickly to check for any hesitation or slippage during gear changes.
5. Checking the hydraulic system
* Raise the car on the lift.
* Start the engine and switch to D mode.
* Check the automatic transmission fluid pressure using a pressure gauge. The pressure must be within the limits specified by the manufacturer.
* If necessary, flush the automatic transmission using special equipment.
6. Mechanical system check
* Remove the automatic transmission pan and inspect for the presence of:
* Worn or damaged clutches
* Worn or broken parts
* Leaks inside the automatic transmission
