Products for washing the automatic transmission box from emulsion:

* Special automatic transmission flushing fluids (ATF Cleaner)
* Kerosene (limited use)
* White spirit (limited use)

The procedure for washing the automatic transmission:

1. Preparation:

* Prepare flushing equipment (oil flushing unit or pump and containers)
*Gather the necessary tools and materials (drain plug, new oil filter, pan gasket)

2. Draining old oil and flushing:

* Start the engine and allow the transmission to warm up.
* Turn off the engine and set the transmission to parking mode.
* Remove the transmission pan and drain the old oil.
* Connect the flushing equipment to the gearbox and pump in flushing fluid.
* Start the engine and let the flushing fluid circulate through the box for 15-20 minutes.
* Drain the flushing fluid and repeat the procedure if necessary.

3. Replacing the oil filter and sealing ring:

* Replace the oil filter and pan O-ring.

4. Refilling with new oil:

* Reinstall the transmission pan and tighten the bolts.
* Fill the box with new oil according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

5. Completion:

* Check the oil level and add if necessary.
* Reset the transmission adaptation counter (if possible).

Important Notes:

*Always use the flush fluid recommended for your transmission type.
* Do not rinse the box with kerosene or white spirit for more than 1-2 cycles.
* Do not start the engine with an empty gearbox.
*Follow all manufacturer’s instructions and use safety precautions when handling gear oil.
