Materials:
* Die-cut blank for box
* Scotch
* Double-sided tape (optional)
Steps:
1. Fold the bottom cover:
* Turn the workpiece over with the bottom side facing you.
* Fold the two side flaps towards the center so that they overlap each other.
* Secure the side flaps with tape.
2. Prepare the side walls:
* Bend the sides upward at right angles to the bottom cover.
*If you are using double-sided tape, apply it to the inside of the walls.
3. Attach the side walls:
* Apply glue to the inside of the bottom cover.
* Place the side panels onto the bottom cover, aligning the edges.
* Press the sides against the bottom cover until they stick.
4. Fold the top cover:
* Turn the workpiece over with the top side facing you.
* Fold two opposite flaps towards the center so that they overlap each other.
* Secure the doors with tape.
5. Attach the top cover:
* Apply glue to the top edges of the side walls.
* Place the top cover on the sides, aligning the edges.
* Press the top cover against the sides until it sticks.
6. Fold the outer cover (optional):
* Bend the sides of the outer cover upward at a right angle.
* Apply glue to the sides of the inner cover.
* Place the outer cover onto the inner cover, aligning the edges.
*Press the outer cover to the inner cover until it sticks.
7. Strengthen the corners (optional):
*Wrap a small piece of tape around each corner of the box to secure it.
Adviсe:
*Use quality tape for a strong connection.
*Check that the edges are smooth and well aligned before gluing.
*Allow the glue to dry completely before using the box.
