Materials:
* Flat head screwdriver
* 10 mm wrench
Instructions:
1. Set the vehicle to the parking brake.
2. Locate the shift cable. It is located in the engine compartment next to the gearbox.
3. Loosen the cable lock nut. To do this, use a 10 mm wrench.
4. Press the gear shift lever. Hold it in park position (P).
5. Loosen the lower cable adjustment nut. To do this, use a flathead screwdriver.
6. Pull the shift cable down. Pull until you feel tension.
7. Tighten the lower adjustment nut. Tighten it enough to hold the cable taut.
8. Release the gear shift lever.
9. Tighten the cable lock nut.
10. Check the adjustment. Shift the gear lever through all positions (P, R, N, D, S). Make sure shifting is smooth and precise.
