Cleaning products:

* Specialized cleaning products for automatic transmission valve bodies
* Carburetor cleaners (e.g. Liqui Moly Vergaserreiniger)
* Gasoline (high octane, lead free)
* Kerosene

Tools:

* Bath or bucket
* Soft brushes (such as toothbrushes)
* Tweezers or awl
* Compressed air (pump or compressor)

Steps:

1. Disassemble the valve body. Carefully remove the automatic transmission pan and remove the valve body. Place all components in the correct order for ease of assembly.
2. Soak the valve body. Immerse the hydroblock in a bath of the selected cleaning agent. Leave it to soak for several hours, depending on the degree of contamination.
3. Clean valves and passages. Using a soft brush, carefully clean all valves, passages and ports of the valve body. Remove all deposits, debris and dirt.
4. Blow with compressed air. After cleaning, blow through the valve body with compressed air to remove any remaining cleaner or debris.
5. Check the operation of the valves. Using tweezers or an awl, gently press and release all flaps to ensure they move freely.
6. Assemble the valve body. Carefully reassemble the valve body to its original state and install it back into the automatic transmission.

Adviсe:

*Do not use harsh cleaning agents such as bleach or acetone as they may damage the hydraulic unit components.
* Avoid getting water inside the valve body as this may cause corrosion.
* After washing, dry the hydraulic unit completely before installation.
