Diagnostics:

* Check the levels and condition of the automatic transmission fluid.

Disassembly:

* Remove the automatic transmission from the loader.
* Disassemble the automatic transmission following the manufacturer’s procedures.
* Check internal components including clutches, metal discs, planetary gears and shafts.

Repair:

* Replace worn or damaged components with new ones.
* Repair damaged or broken parts.
* Clean and inspect all components before assembly.

Assembly:

* Assemble the automatic transmission following the manufacturer’s procedures.
* Install new gaskets and seals.
* Tighten all bolts and nuts to the required torque.

Installation:

* Install the automatic transmission on the loader.
* Connect all electrical connectors and coolant pipes.
*Add automatic transmission fluid to the required level.

Trial:

* Check the correct operation of the automatic transmission by performing the following steps:
* Make sure that gear shifting is smooth and without slipping.
* Check that the automatic transmission does not make strange noises.
*Turn the torque converter lock-up on and off to check its functionality.

Maintenance:

* Check automatic transmission fluid levels and condition regularly.
