Required tools and materials:

* Wrench set
* Socket heads
* Flat blade screwdriver
* Retaining ring remover
* New automatic transmission drive oil seal
* Lubricant for the oil seal (for example, lubricant for CV joints)
* Rags

Steps:

1. Raise the vehicle and place it on stands. Set the parking brake.

2. Remove the front wheel corresponding to the side of the oil seal being replaced.

3. Remove the protective cover of the automatic transmission drive. It is usually secured with bolts or clamps.

4. Disconnect the drive shaft from the wheel hub. To do this, use a hammer and chisel or a special puller.

5. Remove the stand ring holding the oil seal. Use a circlip remover.

6. Remove the old oil seal. Use a flathead screwdriver or other suitable tool to carefully remove the seal.

7. Clean the oil seal seat. Remove any remaining old seal and dirt.

8. Apply lubricant to the new oil seal. This will help prevent it from drying out and premature wear.

9. Install the new oil seal in place. Insert the new oil seal into the seat, making sure it fits snugly.

10. Install the standing ring. Use a circlip remover to install a new circlip to hold the seal in place.

11. Reinstall the drive shaft. Insert the drive shaft into the wheel hub, making sure it is fully seated.

12. Tighten the wheel hub bolt.

13. Reinstall the automatic transmission drive protective cover.

14. Install the wheel and lower the vehicle to the ground.

15. Check the oil level in the automatic transmission. Add oil if necessary.

Adviсe:

* Before removing the drive shaft, mark its position relative to the wheel hub. This will help you install it correctly.
* Use a new nut to secure the wheel hub.
* Tighten the wheel hub bolt according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
* When installing the oil seal, make sure that the working edge faces inward towards the automatic transmission.
