* New air conditioner radiator
* Radiator key
* Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
* Wrenches or socket heads
* New antifreeze
* Rags
Steps:
1. Preparation
* Place the car on a flat surface.
* Turn off the engine and let it cool.
* Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Draining antifreeze
* Locate the coolant drain plug on the radiator.
* Place a container under the radiator to collect antifreeze.
* Open the drain plug and drain the coolant.
3. Removing the air conditioner radiator
* Remove the protective cap from the air conditioner radiator.
* Remove the bolts securing the radiator to the bracket.
* Disconnect the air conditioning hoses from the radiator. Use a radiator wrench to loosen the clamps.
* Disconnect the electrical connector from the radiator (if equipped).
* Remove the radiator.
4. Installing a new radiator
* Install the new radiator in the reverse order of removal.
* Connect the air conditioning hoses to the radiator and tighten the clamps.
* Connect the electrical connector (if equipped).
* Secure the radiator to the bracket with bolts.
* Install the protective cover.
5. Refilling antifreeze
* Close the coolant drain plug.
* Pour new antifreeze into the expansion tank.
* Install the negative terminal of the battery.
* Start the engine and turn on the air conditioning system.
* Check for leaks.
