Diagnostics and repair

1. Unplug the machine and turn off the water supply.

2. Check the power cord and plug. If damage or breaks are found, replace them.

3. Check the power switch. Use a multimeter to check for continuity. Replace the switch if necessary.

4. Check the engine. Unplug the motor and use a multimeter to check its resistance. The resistance value must be within the range indicated on the engine. Otherwise, replace the engine.

5. Check the drive belt. Disconnect the drive belt and check for wear or damage. Install a new belt if necessary.

6. Check the coupling. Make sure that the coupling connecting the motor and the drive belt is not dislodged or damaged.

7. Check the drain pump. Disconnect the drain pump and test for continuity using a multimeter. Replace the drain pump if necessary.

8. Check the drain hose. Make sure the drain hose is not clogged or kinked.

9. Check shock absorbers and springs. Rock the washing machine and check for loose shock absorbers or springs. Replace them if necessary.

10. Check the door seal. Check the door seal for tears or cracks. Replace the seal if necessary.

11. Check hoses for leaks. Disconnect the water supply and drain hoses and check them for cracks or damage. Replace hoses if necessary.
